Week 1-4

• During this time the patient is emailed a handful of times checking in to ensure they are going OK with injections, and to report any side effects

8 Week Review

• Pathology taken at trough (Testosterone + Free Testosterone, E2, FBC, LFT, BG, Lipids)
• Consultation with patient care coordinator to go through benefits, side effects and discuss next steps such as treatment plan changes by the doctor.

4 Monthly bloodwork

• Bloodwork is required every 4 months
• Pathology taken at trough (Testosterone + Free Testosterone, E2, FBC, LFT, BG, Lipids)
• Consultation with patient care coordinator

Annual PSA

• PSA is checked once per year

<aside> ✅ Following prescribed dose: Patients are to strictly comply with the prescribed dosage.

<aside> 🚫 Self initiation of higher doses: In rare cases some patients will speak with friends, or consume information online/podcasts/forums that may recommend a higher dosage for more substantial symptom relief. When this occurs patients are informed to take the prescribed dose, and speak with us about any recurrence of low T symptoms to see if further optimisation an be made. If they do not comply after a second time they are to be blacklisted from future prescriptions and should seek treatment elsewhere.
